118M8 Challenge - November/December 2025

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Madison CF UK Limited, trading as 118118 Money, of 71-73 Carter Lane, London, EC4V 5EQ ("118118 Money").

2. Eligibility

This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are customers of 118118 Money and who have downloaded and used the 118M8 app.

Employees of Madison CF UK Limited, their immediate families, agents, or any third party directly associated with administration of the promotion are excluded from participating.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 00:00:01 on Friday 21 November 2025 and closes at 23:59:59 on Sunday 14 December 2025 (the "Promotion Period").

4. How to Enter

Entry to the promotion is free.

To participate, entrants must during the Promotion Period:

• Create a post, story, reel, or video on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or Twitter / X showing how they use the 118M8 app.
• Use #118M8Share and tag:
  • Instagram: @118M8_official
  • TikTok: @118M8_official
  • Facebook: @118M8
  • X: @118M8
  • LinkedIn: @118M8
• Ensure the post is publicly viewable for verification.

5. Daily Prize Draws

Each day during the Promotion Period, all qualifying entries made on that day will be entered into a draw to win the daily prize. There will be one prize every day:

• £100 cash if the drawn entry is a valid static post (e.g. images)
• £200 cash if the drawn entry is a valid video (e.g. reels, TikToks)

118118 Money's decision regarding the daily winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Grand Prize Winners

At the end of the Promotion Period, 118118 Money will select two Grand Prize winners based on creativity, originality, helpfulness, and/or inspiration:

• Favourite Post: £1,000 cash (or paid directly to the winner's 118118 Money account)
• Favourite Video: £2,000 cash (or paid directly to the winner's 118118 Money account)

Entries will be judged on the following criteria: creativity, originality, helpfulness and inspiration to the 118M8 challenge theme.

A judging panel which will include at least one independent judge, who will assess all eligible entries against the criteria above. Details available on request.

Judging decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

Daily winners will be contacted by direct message via the platform used to enter within 3 working days of the daily draw.

Grand Prize winners will be notified by 20 December 2025.

Winners must respond within 7 days. Failure to respond may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner being selected.

8. Verification

Madison CF UK Limited may require winners to provide proof of identity, UK residence, and customer status before awarding any prize.

9. Content Rights & Licence Grant

By entering the promotion, You grant Madison CF UK Limited, its associated companies and its affiliates, a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, broadcast, display, and create derivative works from any content submitted as part of Your entry ("Entry Content"), for any commercial or promotional purpose relating to:

• the 118M8 app,
• any 118118 Money or Madison CF UK Ltd product or service,
• any marketing, advertising, PR, paid media, or digital activity.

You confirm that You are the creator of the Entry Content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

You waive any and all moral rights in the Entry Content to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Use of Image and Likeness

Where an entry (whether a static post or a video) includes Your image, voice, or likeness, You grant Madison CF UK Limited permission to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, broadcast, display, edit, adapt, and otherwise make use of that likeness as part of Your Entry Content for any of the commercial or promotional purposes set out above. This permission is worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free and perpetual, and includes the right for Madison CF UK Limited to use Your likeness in any marketing, advertising, PR, digital, or paid media relating to the 118M8 app or any other 118118 Money or Madison CF UK Limited product or service. By submitting an entry that includes Your likeness, You confirm that you consent to such processing under Data Protection Law and understand that no additional payment will be made beyond the prize.

11. Retention of Images and Entry Content

We will retain your image, likeness and any Entry Content that includes personal data for as long as it is reasonably required for the promotional purposes described above. We periodically review our marketing assets and delete or archive material that is no longer in active use.

Please note that any content you post on your own social-media accounts remains under your control and subject to the terms of the relevant platform.

12. Entry Limitations & Technical Issues

118118 Money accepts no responsibility for entries that are:

• lost, damaged, delayed, mis-tagged, or incorrectly submitted
• not publicly visible
• affected by technical malfunctions, hardware/software failures, network issues, or platform outages

13. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

118118 Money reserves the right to refuse entry or withdraw a prize where an entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions.

118118 Money may hold, void, suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where necessary.

14. Liability

Insofar as permitted by law, 118118 Money, its agents, or distributors are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of any prize, except where caused by the negligence of 118118 Money or its agents. Statutory rights are not affected.

15. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed in accordance with 118118 Money's Privacy Policy.

Where required, 118118 Money may provide information confirming that a valid award took place to the Advertising Standards Authority, including the surname and county of winners and, if necessary, copies of winning entries.

16. Governing Law

This promotion is governed by English law, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
